Cancellation Policy

Recording Sessions Transfer of Files Recordings made at Munday Studios will be sent to clients via online transfer. Once files have been received and/or downloaded by clients, Munday Studios accepts no responsibility for the loss or corruption of these files. Storage of Files We will store raw recording files for one month after project completion and cannot guarantee access to any files beyond this period. Payment Payments for studio bookings can be made on our website or via payment link. We can also invoice your company. Refunds / Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule a booking, you must notify Munday Studios (by phone or email) at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, charges will apply as follows: 48+ hours’ notice - no charge 24-48 hours’ notice - half the booking amount charged 24 hours’ notice or less - full booking amount charged Studio Time The studio can be booked in hourly slots beginning on the hour. Clients should be mindful that if another booking follows yours, you will need to conclude promptly to allow for a smooth transition.
